10. Cancellation & Returns

  • Orders may be cancelled at no cost before the product has been dispatched.
  • For prepaid orders, the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI).
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer.
  • Returns are accepted under Zorba Diamond’s 30-Day Return and Exchange Policy (not applicable for solitaires above ₹3,00,000, gold coins, or customized designs).
  • Upon return, the amount will be credited either to your Zorba Credit/Wallet or refunded to your original payment source, as per your preference.

11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Use of this website and all related transactions shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction vested exclusively in the lcourts of Kolkata, West Bengal. As per current Indian Government regulations, customers are required to furnish their Permanent Account Number (PAN) for all jewellery purchases above ₹2,00,000.

12. Contests & Giveaways

  • Contest winners and giveaway recipients will be selected solely at the discretion of Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd.
  • All prizes, gifts, and giveaways are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • The company reserves the right to alter, amend, or withdraw any contest or promotion without prior notice.
  • Any disputes related to contests or promotional activities will be resolved by Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd., and its decision shall be final and binding.

  • All disputes arising in connection with offers, products, or services shall be subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only.

14. Other Conditions

  • Updates to customer account details may take up to 7 business days to reflect in our system.
  • Gift vouchers, referral credits, and promotional coupons are governed by individual validity terms and may not be combined with other ongoing offers.
  • All product photographs and design representations on the website are for reference purposes only; minor variations in weight, appearance, or craftsmanship may occur.
