1) Manufacturing Manager — Jewellery Factory

Role type: Full time — Factory-based

 What you’ll do:

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations and supervise the shop floor.
• Ensure product quality, on-time delivery and safety compliance.
• Manage production planning, inventory flow and resource allocation.
• Coach craftsmen and technicians; build bench strength across shifts.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce defects.
  
  

Ideal profile:

• Good Experience in jewellery manufacturing or precision manufacturing;

            Good years in a supervisory/managerial role.

• Strong understanding of jewellery making processes, quality control and team leadership.

2) In-House Sales — Corporate Wholesale Office

Role type: Full time — Corporate / Wholesale office-based
 What you’ll do:

• Manage B2B/corporate wholesale assist key customer relationships.
• Coordinate between factory, design and logistics to meet corporate client requirements.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Support trade shows, client visits and large-scale corporate sales initiatives.
  
  

Ideal profile:

• Good years sales experience in jewellery wholesale, corporate sales, or retail account management.
• Strong negotiation skills, client servicing orientation and cross-team coordination ability.
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor for high-value client interactions.

3) Digital Marketing Executive

Role type: Full time — Corporate marketing / e-commerce support
 What you’ll do:

• Run paid and organic campaigns, manage social channels and assist content creation.
• Analyse campaign performance, optimise for ROAS and report insights.
• Support product shoots, website merchandising and email marketing.
• Work closely with sales and design teams to amplify product launches and festive campaigns.

Ideal profile:

• Good years experience in digital marketing (e-commerce/FMCG/retail preferred).
• Hands-on with social media ads, Google Ads, basic analytics and content planning.
