1. Eligibility & General Conditions

• This policy is applicable only on jewellery purchased directly from the official Zorba Diamond website or authorised Zorba Diamond sales channels.
• Products purchased from unauthorised sellers, third-party websites, or offline stores are not eligible for exchange or buy-back.
• All exchange and buy-back requests are subject to quality check (QC) and verification.

Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to revise the exchange or buy-back value based on quality inspection, market conditions, and product condition.

2. Exchange Policy (Within 30 Days from Purchase)

2.1 Exchange Criteria

• Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
• The current market rate on the date of exchange will be applicable while purchasing the new jewellery.

2.2 Exchange Value

Diamond & Gemstone Jewellery

• 100% of Gold value at current market rate
• 100% of Platinum value at current market rate
• 100% of Diamond value at current market rate
• 100% of Gemstone value at current market rate

Plain Gold / Platinum Jewellery

• 100% of Gold value at current market rate
• 100% of Platinum value at current market rate

3. Zorba Credit (Post-30 Days Exchange Option)

• If the exchange request is made after 30 days, the product will not qualify for direct exchange.
• In such cases, customers may opt to convert the jewellery value into Zorba Credit.
• Zorba Credit validity: 365 days from the date of issue.

Zorba Credit can be used only on www.zorbadiamond.com to purchase any jewellery.

Using Zorba Credit

• If the new jewellery selected is of higher value, the Zorba Credit will be adjusted and the balance amount must be paid by the customer.
• If the customer does not wish to use Zorba Credit, the product may instead be processed under the Buy-Back Policy.

4. Lifetime Buy-Back Policy

• Zorba Diamond offers a Lifetime Buy-Back facility on eligible jewellery.
• After successful Quality Check (QC), the final buy-back value will be credited as ZORBA CASH to the customer’s Zorba Diamond account.
• Zorba Cash validity: 365 days from the date of credit.

• Zorba Cash can be:

1. Used to purchase any jewellery on www.zorbadiamond.com, or
2. Encashed, as per applicable company procedures.
