How to Return aProduct to Zorba Diamond

1. Select the item in your order that you wish to return.
2. Prepare the jewellery in its original packaging along with the authenticity certificate.

  • ■ There will be third-party Sequel logistics partner, you’ll first receive a tamper-proof packet from us. Secure your jewellery inside, seal it, and hand it over on the scheduled pickup date to the Sequel Officials . Once sealed, the packet cannot be opened unless destroyed.

3. Collect an acknowledgment — such as a pickup receipt, tracking number photo, or SMS confirmation.


4. Once the product reaches our Zorba Diamond warehouse and passes the Quality Check (QC), your refund will be processed to your Zorba Diamond account within 2–3 working days.

Logistics, Packaging& Shipping Policy

(Including Clauses 1–10 – Legally Structured & Ready for Official Use)

1. Partnership &Scope

Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd. has partnered with Sequel Logistics as its authorized third-party logistics provider for the secure pickup, transportation, and delivery of all jewellery consignments.
This policy governs the packaging, handling, liability, and logistics procedures applicable to all shipments — both from and to Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd.

2. Tamper-ProofPackaging

Customers will first receive a tamper-proof security packet from Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd. The customer must securely place the jewellery item(s) inside the packet, seal it properly, and hand it over to the Sequel Logistics Official on the scheduled pickup date. Once sealed, the packet cannot be reopened without destruction. Any attempt to open or tamper with the seal will render the packet void and may affect the validity of any insurance or claim.

3. Consignment Procedure& Seal Integrity

The consignment shall be picked up and delivered only in a closed and sealed condition, containing the Customer’s unique and numbered lock or seal. Open or unsealed pickups or deliveries shall not be accepted.

The Customer shall ensure that the packaging of the shipment is adequate and carriage-worthy (for both air and road transit), consistent with the original delivery condition, to withstand the normal rigors of transportation.

The shipment must be packed in the same metal box provided by Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd. during the previous delivery, which must be properly closed and sealed by the Customer before handover to the Sequel representative.

At the time of pickup, the Customer shall place the sealed consignment inside Sequel’s Security Cover (provided by Sequel) and seal it in the presence of Sequel’s authorized representative. Once sealed, the cover cannot be reopened without being destroyed, ensuring complete chain-of-custody integrity.

4. Liability Clause

Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd. shall remain responsible for the shipment and its contents until the consignment is successfully delivered to the consignee (Customer) in a sealed and intact condition.

However, Sequel Logistics shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever to the Customer if the consignee (Customer) has verified the intactness of the outer packaging, accepted the shipment without any objection, and signed the Proof of Delivery (POD).

The responsibility of Sequel Logistics ceases immediately once the shipment is received at the destination by the consignee (Customer) and the customer’s signature and seal (where applicable) are affixed on the Consignment Note or Delivery Proof.

Any claims arising after such acceptance shall not be entertained, as delivery in intact condition shall be deemed conclusive proof of safe receipt of the consignment.  After such acceptance, any subsequent claim or dispute shall rest solely between Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd. and the Customer.

5. Prohibited andRestricted Shipments Clause

The Customer shall not transmit, hand over, or permit to be handed over any shipment containing banned, restricted, illegal, or dangerous goods under any applicable law or regulation.

Sequel Logistics reserves the absolute right to refuse acceptance, transport, or delivery of such shipments if identified or disclosed at any stage.

If any such restricted or prohibited contents are found or disclosed, Sequel Logistics shall not be held liable for any consequences, penalties, losses, damages, or legal implications arising out of such consignments.

In cases where a product is being returned from the Customer to Zorba Diamond, the Customer shall be solely responsible and liable for the declaration, packaging, and compliance of the shipment. Conversely, when a product is delivered from Zorba Diamond to the Customer, Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd. shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with all packaging and transport requirements.

6. Right of Inspection& Rejection

Sequel Logistics reserves the unconditional right, but not the obligation, to inspect, verify, or reject any shipment suspected to contain prohibited, restricted, misdeclared, or improperly packed goods, without incurring any liability.

Such inspection may be conducted at any time during custody or transit, in accordance with applicable regulations. If such goods are discovered, Sequel Logistics may refuse carriage, detain, or return the shipment to the shipper at the shipper’s cost and risk.

Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd. and the Customer shall jointly indemnify and hold harmless Sequel Logistics against any claims, damages, fines, or legal actions resulting from the carriage or attempted carriage of such consignments.

7. General Disclaimer

Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd. and Sequel Logistics shall not be liable for any loss, damage, shortage, tampering, or delay arising due to improper packaging, inadequate sealing, non-compliance with the stated procedures, or force majeure circumstances. Adherence to this policy is mandatory for maintaining insurance validity and ensuring the safe and secure transit of all jewellery shipments.

8. Shipment Inspection Protocol

Sequel Logistics shall open and/or inspect any shipment only in the presence of the Customer’s authorized official(s).
In the event of the unavailability of the Customer’s official(s) or during emergency situations, Sequel Logistics may open the consignment only after obtaining prior written confirmation from both the Customer’s Authorized Representative and Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd.’s Official, through email or verifiable text message authorization.

All such inspections shall be duly recorded, and a detailed report shall be shared with Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd. and the Customer for documentation and transparency.

9. StatutoryDocumentation & Compliance

The Customer shall ensure that every consignment handed over to Sequel Logistics is accompanied by all valid statutory documents, including but not limited to Invoices, Stock Transfer Memos (STM), Road Permits, E-Way Bills, and any other forms or declarations as required by applicable laws.

The Customer shall be solely responsible for the accuracy, validity, and completeness of such documentation at the time of handover.

In the event of a return shipment from the Customer to Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd., both Sequel Logistics and Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd. shall be fully indemnified and held harmless from any penalties, liabilities, or legal actions arising from incomplete, incorrect, or misrepresented documentation provided by the Customer.

10. Accuracy ofDeclarations and Documentation

The Customer shall ensure that all declarations, descriptions, and information provided in the shipping documents, invoices, and consignment notes are true, complete, and factually accurate.

Any inaccurate, false, misleading, or misrepresented information shall render the consignment invalid for any claims, disputes, or liabilities whatsoever, including but not limited to insurance coverage, loss, or damage claims.

Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd. and Sequel Logistics shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay, seizure, or legal action arising due to incorrect or false information furnished by the Customer.

Logistics & Return Packaging Policy

Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd. has partnered with Sequel Logistics as an authorized third-party logistics provider for the secure transportation of jewellery consignments.

  • 1. Tamper-Proof Packaging: You will first receive a tamper-proof security packet from Zorba Diamond. Please place the jewellery item(s) securely inside this packet, seal it properly, and hand it over to the Sequel Logistics Official on the scheduled pickup date.     At the time of consignment pickup, the customer shall place the sealed consignment inside Sequel’s Security Cover (provided by Sequel) and seal it in the presence of Sequel’s authorized representative. Once sealed, the security cover cannot be reopened without destruction, ensuring complete chain-of-custody integrity.

  • 3. Liability Disclaimer: Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd. and Sequel Logistics shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from improper packaging, inadequate sealing, or non-compliance with the above procedures. The customer’s adherence to the sealing and packaging requirements is essential to maintain insurance validity and secure handling during transit.

Zorba Diamond – Exchange, Credit& Buy-Back Policy (Summary)

  • Exchange Policy: Valid within 30 days from purchase. Current market rates will apply on the date of exchange.
  • Exchange Value:
    • Diamond & Gemstone Jewellery – 100% Gold/Platinum/Diamond/Gemstone value at market rate.
    • Plain Gold / Platinum Jewellery – 100% Gold/Platinum value at market rate.
  • After 30 Days: Exchange not applicable; amount can be converted into Zorba Credit (valid for 365 days) to buy new jewellery.
  • Zorba Credit Use: Can be adjusted against a higher-value purchase; balance to be paid by customer.
  • Buy-Back Policy: If not using Zorba Credit, product can be processed under the Buy-Back Policy.
  • Lifetime Buy-Back: Value credited as Zorba Cash after QC — valid for 365 days, usable for purchase or encashment.
  • Valuation:
    • Diamond/Gemstone Jewellery – 100% Gold/Platinum + 90% Diamond/Gemstone value
    • Plain Gold/Platinum Jewellery – 100% value
    • Coins – 100% Gold/Silver value
  • Exchange and Buybacks are not allowed if Zorba Diamond products not purchased directly from authorized Zorba Diamond website.

Zorba Diamond – Exchange, Credit & Buy-Back Policy

1. Exchange Policy Criteria

If a customer wishes to exchange a jewellery item within 30 days from the original purchase date, the current market price of the jewellery will be applicable on the date of exchange and while purchasing the new jewellery.



2. Exchange Value Criteria

Diamond & Gemstone Jewellery:

  • 100% of Gold value at current market rate
  • 100% of Platinum value at current market rate
  • 100% of Diamond value at current market rate
  • 100% of Gemstone value at current market rate

Plain Gold / Platinum Jewellery:

  • 100% of Gold value at current market rate
  • 100% of Platinum value at current market rate

3. Zorba Credit (Post 30 Days Exchange Option)

If the customer wishes to exchange the product after 30 days, and it does not fall under the Exchange Policy, they may opt to convert the amount into a credit note (“Zorba Credit”). This credit can be used to purchase another jewellery item from Zorba Diamond within 365 days. When a customer exchanges jewellery and receives Zorba Credit, and then purchases another piece of jewellery of higher value, the credit amount will be deducted from the new jewellery’s price, and the remaining balance has to be paid by the customer. If the customer does not wish to use Zorba Credit, the product can instead be processed under the Buy-Back Policy.

  • Based on our quality inspection, Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to revise the exchange or buy-back value.

4. Lifetime Buy-Back Policy

If you choose the Lifetime Buy-Back option, the final evaluated value will be credited as Zorba Cash after a quality check (QC). Note: Final evaluation applies only to Gold, Diamond, Gemstone, and Platinum metal values — excluding Making Charges and Certification Charges.

  • Customers must approve or reject the valuation within 15 days of receiving it.
    • On approval, the refund is processed to your Zorba Diamond account.
    • On non-approval after 15 days, the amount is automatically refunded, and the product is retained by Zorba Diamond.
  • On rejection, the jewellery will be shipped back to you.
  • Based on our quality inspection, Zorba Diamond Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to revise the exchange or buy-back value.
  • Zorba Cash is valid for 365 days if kept as ZORBA Diamond Customer CREDIT Account  and can either be used for a new purchase or  encashed by transferring the amount in Customer’s Bank Account.

5. Valuation Under Lifetime Buy-Back

Diamond & Gemstone Jewellery:

  • 100% of Gold/Platinum value at current market rate
  • 90% of Diamond/
  • 60% Gemstone value at current market rate

Plain Gold / Platinum Jewellery:

  • 100% of Gold/
  • 100 % Platinum value at current market rate

Coins:

  • 100% of Gold/Silver value at current market rate without any making charges and certification charges.

30-Day Money Back Policy* Once the product is returned under our 30-day money back policy (not applicable on Solitaires above ₹30,000 &  Coins, and Customized Orders), a 100% refund evaluated amount as per ‘ Buy Back Policy ’  will be credited to your Zorba Diamond account.   TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLIED. .

  • Zorba Cash: You can choose to refund the amount to your last payment source or bank account, as applicable.
  • Zorba Credits: You can use these credits for a future purchase (amount is non-refundable).
  • Voucher / Discount Cards : Refunds will follow the original voucher card’s TERMS & CONDITIONS
